Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a project engineering role.
• 3 years overseeing projects in the grain handling industry.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required.
• 3D Mechanical and Architect preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience with Gantt charts is preferred.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provides execution strategy and conducts final project negotiations; ensures project schedule baseline is approved prior to project commencement.
• Manages and leads project teams to achieve and improve cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets.
• Manages deviation; assesses and expedites change orders and defines effective claim strategies for customers and partners.
• Prepares and performs project reviews and site briefs; ensures site documents are delivered and participates in debriefings.
• Implements and maintains operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth operation.
• Establishes internal controls addressing risks of inefficiency, ineffectiveness, fraud, abuse, or mismanagement.
• Provides guidance and support to project team members.
• Participates in continual learning and practical application at work.
• Must arrive at work predictably and promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
