Ag Processing Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support operations and production teams by analyzing, coordinating, and executing engineering projects across facilities in the Midwest.

You will lead projects from concept through startup, with responsibilities spanning preliminary design, field investigations, bidding, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5–8 years of project engineering experience, preferably in agricultural,

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5–8 years of project engineering experience.
• Experience in agricultural/industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual project designs and evaluate feasibility with cost/payback analyses.
• Lead projects through full lifecycle from engineering to startup.
• Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, and vendors to execute projects.
• Prepare bid packages and documentation for competitive bids.
• Review drawings and site plans; conduct field investigations.
