Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Biological Engineering from a 4-year accredited university.
• Alternatively, 10 years of management experience in grain dryer or grain processes.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel within 150 miles of main office.

Responsabilidades

• Provides design specifications and suggested layouts to maximize drying, milling and packaging efficiencies within established quality control standards.
• Monitors process flow to ensure continuing efficiency.
• Oversees the implementation of process improvements within project scope and budget parameters.
