Job summary

Ag Processing Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects across our Midwest facilities. You will analyze, coordinate, and execute initiatives from concept through startup, partnering with operations, purchasing, marketing, and contractors.

This role offers ownership of projects and exposure to the full lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Agricultural engineering background with 5–8 years of project engineering experience, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Agricultural preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual project designs, define requirements, and prepare preliminary cost estimates and payback analyses.
• Lead projects through full lifecycle: preliminary engineering, field investigations, design, bidding, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup.
• Coordinate with external firms, contractors, and vendors for project design and execution.
• Create bid packages to obtain complete and competitive bids.
• Perform engineering calculations to resolve operational issues and identify improvements.
• Review drawings, flow diagrams, site plans, and field conditions to support development.
