Job summary

MyFundedFutures is seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Lead to own the entire email and outreach function. You will craft strategy, build automated flows, and ensure messages resonate with a high-volume trader audience.

You’ll work closely with Marketing and Content to align campaigns with launches, optimize deliverability, and push performance through testing and data-driven decisions. This role blends creative copy with rigorous analytics in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading email marketing and outreach programs, ideally in fintech, trading, or high-volume consumer spaces.
• Strong copywriting instincts, with the ability to manage copy that sounds human, not automated.
• Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar).
• Comfort with segmentation, list management, and deliverability best practices.
• Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture; can engage traders effectively.
• Analytical mindset to identify funnel health and optimize performance.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a small, fast-scaling team.

Responsibilities

• Own email marketing and outreach strategy end-to-end: campaigns, lifecycle/automation flows, and list growth.
• Build and manage automated flows across the trader lifecycle: welcome series, onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, and payout/milestone triggers.
• Write and/or oversee email copy that matches our voice, not generic marketing-speak.
• Manage segmentation and targeting so the right message reaches the right trader at the right time.
• Own deliverability health: sender reputation, list hygiene, spam/compliance issues, and inbox placement.
• Partner with Marketing and Content teams to align email/outreach with broader campaigns and launches.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and content; use data to improve performance.
• Track and report core metrics and tie them back to business impact.
• Manage outreach beyond email where relevant (e.g., SMS) as channel mix evolves.
