Job summary

Fi is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to shape Fi’s voice across inboxes, push notifications, and onboard flows. You’ll own lifecycle marketing end-to-end, collaborating with brand, creative, and data teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns that engage and retain pet parents.

You’ll combine storytelling with analytics to build scalable systems, optimizing engagement, conversion, and long-term value for Fi’s community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of email and lifecycle marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to design and deploy campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong segmentation, automation, and personalization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle and email marketing strategy across onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Own campaign creation and execution for product launches and seasonal activations.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, growth, product, CX and other marketing channels to align messaging.
