Job summary

Dr. Phillips Center is seeking an Associate Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to execute and optimize email and SMS programs. You will implement campaigns, automations, and targeted messaging across the customer lifecycle, partnering with the Senior Manager to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work hands-on with Tessitura CRM data and email/SMS platforms, build audiences, run tests, and monitor performance to drive engagement, retention, and revenue for live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience executing email and SMS campaigns.
• Proficient with email platforms and data segmentation.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy 40-60 email campaigns per month.
• Execute SMS campaigns and manage the send calendar.
• Develop automated email workflows (welcome, re-engagement, abandoned cart).
• Analyze campaign performance and report results.
