You will build, schedule, and quality-check high-volume lifecycle communications, reporting to a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to ensure consistency across venue programs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
• Execute templated communications and automated workflows.
• Ensure accuracy of content, links, segmentation, and scheduling.
• Assist with campaign QA and data validation.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and flag optimization opportunities.
• Support Managers with campaign reporting and documentation.
