Job summary

Solidcore Marketing is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our HQ team in Arlington, VA. You will build, schedule, and optimize email, SMS, and push campaigns using Klaviyo, set up automated journeys, draft copy, and ensure campaigns are on-brand and high performing.

Ideal candidates have CRM experience, strong attention to detail, and interest in fitness/wellness. 1-2 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, agency or in-house, with excellent communication and project management

Qualifications

Hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in an in-house or agency setting.
Experience building and optimizing campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels.
Strong copywriting and editing skills aligned to brand voice.

Responsibilities

Build and schedule email, SMS, and push campaigns in Klaviyo with QA before launch.
Set up and maintain automated client journeys (onboarding, nurture, etc.).
Draft copy and review agency creative in Figma/Canva for brand consistency.
Build and validate segments based on lifecycle stage for targeted sends.
Run A/B tests and summarize performance with InsightsOS/Tableau.
Maintain content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
