The Role

The role will drive the acquisition, engagement, and retention of subscribers to the brand’s subscription program. This position requires a marketer with deep expertise in subscription-based ecommerce, familiarity with key platforms (Klaviyo, Postscript, Recharge, Shopify), and a proven track record of increasing customer lifetime value (LTV). The role involves working with cross-functional teams to optimize the subscriber journey.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new subscribers via email, SMS, paid ads, social media, and more.
  • Develop personalized customer journeys using Klaviyo and Postscript to increase retention and LTV, while reducing churn.
  • Utilize Recharge to enhance the subscription experience, including flexible billing, product customization, and upsell opportunities; continuously test and refine the program for satisfaction and revenue.
  • Own and optimize the Shopify storefront for a seamless user experience from landing pages to checkout.
  • Analyze subscriber behavior, campaign performance, and key metrics to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of subscription marketing trends and emerging tools to keep the program competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on subscription-based ecommerce.
  • Expertise in subscriber acquisition tactics such as paid ads, referral programs, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong in retention strategies, including personalized email/SMS flows, churn prevention, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
