Job description

Job Description

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will work with the team to support the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies (email, SMS, sales support, and servicing communications) across the customer lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll help shape and deliver marketing campaigns that are personalized, timely, and aligned with Achieve’s business goals.

What You'll Do:
  1. Strategy & Planning
    • Partner with senior team members to develop targeted, segmented, and personalized lifecycle campaigns across all customer stages.
    • Contribute to ongoing message refinement, customer journey improvements, and optimization planning.
    • Leverage customer insights and feedback to help shape relevant messaging strategies.
  2. Execution (Tactical)
    • Build and launch lifecycle campaigns within marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Insider).
    • Write briefs, collaborate with creative partners, and support campaign QA.
    • Partner with internal marketing teams to support integrated campaign efforts.
  3. Analysis
    • Review and interpret performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates to identify areas for optimization to drive business level KPIs.
    • Assist in developing reporting and insight decks to communicate campaign results and learnings.
  4. Optimization & Experimentation
    • Support A/B testing plans and experimentation roadmaps focused on improving engagement and conversion.
    • Participate in brainstorming and implementation of improvements to customer journeys based on test learnings and performance trends.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Servicing, Legal/Compliance, and Engineering to ensure campaigns meet requirements and align with business goals.
    • Participate in regular cross-team meetings to support project alignment and execution.
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifecycle, CRM, or digital communications.
  • Experience in email and SMS campaign development, from build to performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar. Particularly an understanding of how multi-channel LCM can drive consumer engagement and conversion impacts.
  • Ability to translate customer behavior data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in financial products or fintech experience is a plus.
