The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for operating our email and push notification programs-delivering the right message to the right user at the right time. This role is critical to scaling personalized, impactful communication that deepens user engagement and drives revenue. You'll be solving for how to keep our diverse collector base informed, inspired, and coming back. You'll have the opportunity to immediately make an impact by deploying campaigns via Braze, while also shaping long-term customer journeys. This is a high-impact role with room to grow : we're looking for someone who's eager to learn, quick to take initiative, and excited to build a deep understanding of our users. You'll help us scale our communications while gaining exposure to cross-functional strategy, analytics, and experimentation.
You'll be part of the Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team at Artsy, which is focused on increasing user engagement, retention, and revenue through experimentation, segmentation, and full-funnel strategy. This team operates with speed, creativity, and data-informed decision making. Reporting to the Associate Director, Growth & Lifecycle Marketing, you will work closely with Brand, Content, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to Lifecycle Marketing across the user journey.
This is a full time hybrid role, with office attendance required 2 days / week. This role is based in our NYC office.

What We Offer :
The salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
