  • Partner closely with Product, Clinical and Design teams to align all communications with in-app member experience, clinical programs, and segmented member profiles
  • Lead A/B and multivariate experiments; analyze results and translate insights into continuous campaign optimizations.
  • Define, track, report on key lifecycle KPIs—active retention rate, re‑engagement rate and win‑back rate—and use data to inform strategy.
  • Present performance findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate as a design partner in product discovery to uncover and refine new feature opportunities.

The background we are looking for...

  • 5+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in consumer mobile apps or digital health products, focused on long‑term user engagement and retention.
  • Proven ability to both develop high‑level lifecycle strategy and execute campaigns independently.
  • Expertise with Iterable for journey orchestration and automated messaging; familiarity with Amplitude or similar analytics platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset: skilled in designing/interpreting experiments, cohort and funnel analyses, and making data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering across product, operations, and customer success teams.
  • Proficiency across email, SMS, push and in‑app channels to engage users throughout their lifecycle.
  • Passion for improving behavioral health or wellness outcomes through empathetic, patient‑centric communications.
