Pets Best is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end customer experience initiatives across the lifecycle, emphasizing onboarding, engagement, and retention for policyholders.

This role partners with product, brand, CRM, analytics, customer care, email, UX, operations, and digital teams to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the customer journey and communicate our value effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, CRM, or customer marketing.
• Experience in insurance or customer-centric industries is preferred.
• Ability to connect product value with customer needs and craft compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across onboarding, engagement, renewal, retention, and win-back.
• Refine messaging and positioning across key lifecycle moments to communicate value.
• Collaborate with product, brand, CRM, analytics, customer care, and digital teams to improve policyholder experience.
• Lead lifecycle initiatives across email, SMS, direct mail, and owned channels to boost engagement.
• Translate insights into actionable programs that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
