Job summary

EVgo is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute campaigns that grow driver engagement and adoption of subscriptions and Autocharge+. You will guide the lifecycle programs with data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with marketing, product, engineering, and design to deliver integrated campaigns while maintaining compliance and driving retention across the EVgo network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience with DTC ecommerce or subscription-based products.
• Demonstrated lifecycle marketing and mobile app growth experience.
• Strong analytics with ability to measure performance and optimize.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy lifecycle campaigns to engage EVgo drivers.
• Drive product adoption, including subscriptions and Autocharge+.
• Build testing roadmap and optimize engagement/conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, design.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations.
