Job summary

Ursa Major VT is seeking a senior Lifecycle Marketing leader to drive retention and subscription growth across email and SMS channels. You will own the lifecycle calendar, craft highly personalized experiences using segmentation and behavioral data, and optimize automated flows from welcome to renewal.

The role demands strong analytical skills, expertise with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Recharge, and a collaborative, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Marketing within DTC Ecommerce, subscription, beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands (must have).
• Proven success growing retention, repeat purchase rate, subscription revenue, and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle marketing roadmap for email and SMS.
• Lead subscription growth and retention initiatives.
• Develop churn reduction and cancellation prevention programs.
• Design and run A/B tests across subject lines, flows, and lifecycle experiences.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams.
