• Experience managing lifecycle programs for direct-to-consumer e-commerce or digital healthcare.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategy.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and other channels.
• Analyze customer behavior to reduce churn and increase repeat purchases.
• Lead lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, renewals, and loyalty programs.
