Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid, full-time 11-week internship in Stamford, CT, designed for students pursuing a BS degree in business, marketing, data science, or related fields. You will work in two teams—the department and intern cohort—on 80% project work and 20% development activities, with mentorship and networking opportunities.

You’ll gain exposure to customer lifecycle marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while preparing for a career in the telecommunications industry.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Relationship Management team grows and strengthens customer relationships by delivering personalized, data-driven marketing experiences across the customer lifecycle using insights and journey concepts to drive engagement, loyalty and growth.
• Help uncover insights to drive strategic planning, execution, and measurement of retention-specific campaigns.
