The internship runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, and includes professional development, mentorship, networking, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Work on department and intern cohort projects.
80% of your schedule on department and team projects; 20% on internship experiences (kickoff conference, professional development, networking, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, final presentations).
Contribute to meaningful work in customer relationship management marketing initiatives.
Present final projects and learnings to teams and mentors.
