Job summary

Spectrum Internship Program offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship from May 26 to August 6, 2027 for students pursuing Business Administration with a 3.0 GPA. You’ll gain real-world experience in the telecommunications industry and mentorship.

Interns work on department projects and cohort experiences, with 80% on core work and 20% on development sessions, networking, webinars, and final presentations to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Data Analysts develop evidence‑based business strategies using critical thinking, data analysis techniques, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R).
• In this role you will gain experience extracting insights from data to solve complex problems, and providing actionable recommendations that have a meaningful impact on business processes and performance.
• The ideal candidate will be a well‑rounded analyst with proficiency in acquiring, managing, mining and visualizing data, as well as the ability to communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
