Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid 11-week internship in Stamford, CT for students pursuing a degree in Business or related fields. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, and requires a 3.0 GPA with rising senior status. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is needed.

You will participate in department projects, kickoff conferences, mentorship, and professional development sessions, gaining real-world experience in telecommunications.

Qualifications

• Must have a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Rising senior with expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Reduce duration/intensity of customer reliability issues.
• Assist with escalation research.
• Own customer resolution through compliance checks and internal department escalation for resolution.
• Identify trends using data and AI/ML research methods.
