Job summary

Favor Delivery is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team in Austin, Texas. You will support lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other channels, helping optimize targeting and performance.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Product, craft clear briefs, and assist with data reporting and QA to ensure accurate, timely campaigns that drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of lifecycle marketing experience or internship.
• Comfortable with campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, sessions, conversions).
• Experience with ESPs and tools like Braze, Branch, and familiarity with HTML or Liquid.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Airtable).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of lifecycle campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app).
• Refresh or configure campaign components based on solution designs.
• Assist in data extraction and regular campaign performance reporting.
• Maintain the CRM calendar aligned with product launches and promotions.
• Draft clear creative briefs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support QA to ensure accurate rendering and tracking across devices.
