Job summary

Atom is seeking a Lead Nurturing & Website Data Specialist to own the product-side of customer journeys, focusing on data, emails, and growth features. You will own events, triggers, and analytics that drive activation and retention across the platform.

This hands-on role requires technical chops, strong analytics, and the ability to partner with engineering to implement tracking and growth experiments, shaping the product roadmap from day one.

Qualifications

• Own product analytics and instrumentation including events and funnels.
• Experience building automated product emails and in-app notifications.
• Collaborate with engineering on data tracking and growth experiments.
• Translate product data into a prioritized growth roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics and instrumentation: define events, track key funnels, and monitor usage data
• Build and manage automated emails and notifications triggered by product behavior (onboarding, activation, re-engagement)
• Design and ship growth-oriented product features that guide users through their journey inside Atom
• Partner with engineering to implement tracking, triggers, and in-product growth experiments
• Analyze product data to identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve activation and retention
• Prioritize and ship product-side journey improvements in partnership with design and engineering
