Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape and launch nationwide content experiences. You will partner with senior leadership, engineering, legal, research, data science, and marketing to turn complex requirements into simple, trustworthy user experiences.

You’ll lead content strategy for high-visibility products, work closely with product designers in Figma, and mentor teammates. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration across Menlo Park and New York with at least 3 days

Qualifications

• Experience building content systems at scale.
• Proven leadership in content strategy for a complex product.
• Portfolio showing craft and systems thinking.
• Ability to work directly in design files with product designers.

Responsibilities

• Craft and refine UI content across new product experiences.
• Own terminology, content patterns, and design interactions.
• Build and maintain scalable content systems for large initiatives.
• Influence product and design direction at leadership level with executives.
• Mentor and raise the bar for content & design community.
• Prototype and test content patterns with AI tools while keeping quality.
• Present rationale for decisions clearly and confidently.
