Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Gold Growth to own the growth funnel for Gold and drive acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, activation, and long-term retention across the Menlo Park and New York offices.

You will work with data science to run rapid experiments, partner with design to create simple, persuasive experiences, and balance growth with unit economics. This role offers autonomy and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years building consumer-facing products with end-to-end UI/UX ownership.
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes in growth (acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue).
• Strong product judgment and data-supported decision making.
• Analytically fluent with experimentation and funnel analysis.
• High bar for consumer craft and experience details.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle.
• Drive end-to-end business impact: growth, trial-to-paid, churn reduction, LTV.
• Build and run rapid experimentation with data science; design tests and act on results.
• Make trade-offs across growth, experience, and economics with data-backed reasoning.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to craft intuitive, persuasive experiences.
• Own the area: plan, align stakeholders, and ship with autonomy.
