Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support CRM and lifecycle marketing operations in a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will build, schedule, QA, and report on email and push campaigns reaching millions of customers from a central marketing platform.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of hands-on experience with email campaigns, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing platform.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a rigorous QA mindset and checklists.
• Able to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns end to end: template assembly, content population, QA, and deployment.
• Execute push notification campaigns with care and accuracy.
• QA all outgoing campaigns before send, checking copy, links, segmentation, and timing.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand campaign goals and translate them into sends.
• Work with engineering to troubleshoot delivery issues, integration problems, and platform bugs.
• Build and maintain campaign performance reports.
