Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a reporting analyst to produce, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that cover CI status, asset inventory, license compliance, and lifecycle milestones from procurement to disposal.

You will pull data from configuration management and ITAM/CMDB systems, validate accuracy, and present insights to program stakeholders. A Secret clearance and ITIL familiarity are preferred, with 2–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting/data analysis in configuration management, IT asset management, or ITSM operations.
• ITIL Foundation preferred
• Must possess a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and distributes recurring and ad hoc reports on CI status, asset inventory, license compliance, and lifecycle metrics.
• Builds and maintains dashboards in ServiceNow, Jira, TFS, SharePoint for leadership and stakeholders.
• Extracts, validates, and reconciles data across CM/ITAM/CMDB to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Supports Change Control Board (CCB) reporting with change request status and aging metrics.
• Documents reporting processes and maintains a report catalog/inventory.
