PriceLabs is seeking a forward-thinking Customer Lifecycle Marketer to lead our AI-driven communication strategy. In this role you will supervise the AI Outbound Agent to drive customer acquisition and design new AI agents to automate retention campaigns.

The ideal candidate blends copywriting with analytics, guides autonomous agents, and collaborates across demand generation and retention to deliver human-quality engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, agents, or automation platforms).
• Understanding of prompt engineering and guiding AI models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI Outbound Agent for lead acquisition and optimize its prompts and logic.
• Design and implement lifecycle marketing workflows using autonomous AI agents.
• Segment subscribers to tailor AI-driven vs static nurturing.
• Utilize data tools to feed AI agents and personalize messages.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure compliance with email marketing rules.
