Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Lifecycle Advisor to manage end-to-end contract lifecycles, subscriptions, and commercial matters for assigned customers.

You will partner with sales, customer success, operations, and finance to deliver compliant, timely contract execution and proactive lifecycle management. You will protect and grow long-term relationships by ensuring accurate pricing, entitlements, and renewal activities while mitigating risk and optimizing customer value throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business-related field.
• Experience with contract lifecycles, renewals, and customer agreements.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account manager and trusted advisor for contractual, subscription, and commercial matters.
• Act as SME on customer agreements, purchasing programs, and contract structures.
• Support Customer Success with end-to-end lifecycle management from onboarding to renewal.
• Project manage renewals, anniversaries, consumption reviews, amendments, upgrades/downgrades.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant contracts, pricing, invoicing, and entitlements.
• Plan and execute retention and renewal strategies for long-term success.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, customer success, and external partners.
• Provide guidance on contractual obligations, entitlements, and program requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the customer lifecycle.
• Maintain high data quality across customer, contract, and lifecycle records.
• Build strong customer relationships through transparency and accountability.
• Support growth with a seamless lifecycle experience for agreements and services.
• Continuously learn industry trends and technologies relevant to customers.
