Job summary

Assured Consulting Solutions is seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Manager to oversee the full product lifecycle for Sponsor service assets, ensuring quality and schedule adherence. The role requires collaboration with government customers and cross-functional teams in a SCIF environment.

Responsibilities include defining lifecycle plans, managing procurement, licenses, and maintenance, and aligning hardware and software with budget and delivery timelines, while maintaining compliance with DoD/IC

Qualifications

• Define lifecycle management roadmaps and solutions.
• Analyze user integration requirements.
• Lead lifecycle management implementation across technologies and ODNI components.

Responsibilities

• Define plans, processes, methods for supply chain and chain of custody of assets.
• Research and recommend cost-effective purchase arrangements.
• Coordinate procurement from third-party vendors and monitor delivery.
• Respond to quotes or government cost estimates.
• Administer inventory tracking and ensure license compliance.
• Ensure configuration management for hardware and software and on-time delivery.
• Align hardware recapitalization and license renewals with budgets.
