• Establish accountability structures and operating rhythms to drive progress.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cycle time and reduce friction.
• Share best practices across units to accelerate adoption of transformation patterns.
• Develop deep subject matter understanding across product development, security, compliance, and ops.
• Navigate resistance, build trust, and influence change across competing priorities.
• Escalate barriers to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify strategic transformation opportunities.
