Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks that slow the movement from concept to customer value.
• Break complex processes into component parts, understanding purpose, risks, controls, and outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, AI enablement, and workflow transformation.
• Establish accountability structures and operating rhythms driving measurable progress.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cycle time, reduce friction, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate best-practice sharing across units to accelerate adoption of transformation patterns.
• Develop deep subject-matter understanding across domains including product development, security, compliance, infrastructure, deployment, support, and customer operations.
• Navigate resistance, build trust with stakeholders, and influence change across competing priorities.
• Escalate barriers and unresolved issues to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic transformation opportunities and track progress.
