Life Cafe Leader position at Life Time Inc. is a hands-on role responsible for the overall performance and growth of a LifeCafe location.

This role leads daily operations, develops team members, ensures high-quality food and service execution, and drives financial results in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. You’ll work side-by-side with the team in The Zone, managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and policy adherence to deliver Life Time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced food or hospitality setting.
• Strong cost control, labor, and KPI reporting knowledge.
• Systems-oriented with ability to develop and implement new processes.
• Ability to handle pressure and stay composed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory, scheduling, payroll, and adherence to operational policies.
• Leads The Zone operations to ensure quality execution of menu items, accurate ticket times, and exceptional service.
• Manages P&L, budgeting, and cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Hires, trains, develops, and motivates team members for high-performing, growth-minded culture.
• Ensures compliance with safety, cleanliness, and security protocols through regular inspection and coaching.
