Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Leader to drive performance and guest experience at our Frisco LifeCafe location. This hands-on role manages daily operations, develops teammates, and aligns food, service and financial results with Life Time's standards.

You will lead front- and back-of-house operations, optimize costs, and foster a fun, high-energy environment while ensuring safety and quality. ServSafe and CPR certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced food or hospitality.
• ServSafe certification required; CPR/AED within the first 30 days of hire.
• Alcohol Safety Certification (if applicable) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory, scheduling, payroll, and adherence to policies.
• Works in The Zone alongside the team, ensuring quality execution and timely service.
• Manages P&L, budgeting, and cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Hires, trains, develops, and motivates team members to build a growth-minded culture.
• Ensures compliance with safety, cleanliness, and security protocols through regular coaching.
