Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education or an Associate degree, preferably with coursework in working with children.
• If not, a High School Diploma or equivalent plus a qualifying assessment measuring reading, writing and math is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with small groups or individuals to reinforce instruction.
• Assist in instruction and presentation of materials as directed by the Teacher.
• Prepare, administer, and score tests and assessments.
• Supervise student activities and maintain classroom safety and order.
• Maintain student records and clerical tasks as directed.
• Communicate with parents and staff as needed.
