Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have two years of post-secondary education or an Associates degree, preferably involving coursework with children.
• In lieu of two years, must have a high school diploma and a qualifying assessment per ESEA requirements.
• Understand child development principles and practices.
• Effective written and spoken English with accuracy and detail.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering instructional content to students in small groups or individually.
• Prepare classroom materials and support teachers with lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise student activities across multiple school settings.
• Perform clerical duties, maintain records, and prepare reports as requested.
• Support diverse learners and communicate with students, parents, and staff.
