Job summary

Olympia School District's Life Skills program at Olympia High School is seeking a dedicated paraeducator to support a student in a 1:1 setting. You will assist certificated staff with IEP-related activities and help implement plans to address academic, social-emotional, and functional goals.

The role requires collaboration with the team, data collection, and ensuring health and safety needs are met, including basic hygiene support and confidentiality of student records.

Qualifications

• Assistance with IEP goals and related plans.
• Data collection to track student progress.
• Support for health care needs and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist certificated staff with IEP-related planning and materials.
• Collect and communicate data on student progress.
• Administer first aid and address health care needs as required.
• Maintain confidential student records and documentation.
• Monitor safety and implement required accommodations.
