Job summary

Everett Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator to support a 1:1 Life Skills student in a Special Education program for the 2026-27 school year. You will implement instructional plans, assist with behavioral, academic, and health-related needs, and work under the supervision of licensed staff.

This role involves health plan and toileting support as needed, potential bus assistance, and adherence to IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Supports implementation of Individualized Education Plans.
• Assists with academic, behavior/social, and/or adaptive needs.
• May require health plan, toileting plan, and/or medical delegations per student plan.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of Individualized Educational Plan
• Academic, behavior/social, and/or adaptive needs
• Assisting implementation of Behavior Intervention plan
• Assisting in the health plan, toileting plan, and/or medical delegations depending on students' individualized plan
• May require Right Response training; depending on program and student needs
