Job summary

Compass SLS & ILS in Huntington Beach is hiring a Life Skills Instructor (Life Coach) to mentor adults with developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them build independence and life skills.

You’ll manage a caseload, schedule weekly visits, accompany clients to appointments and activities, and connect them with community resources. Competitive pay: $24.00–$29.50 per hour, with paid training and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Willingness to learn - no degree required.
