Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC. – ILS Services is seeking a Life Skills Mentor/Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in gaining independence and confidence in daily living.

You will work a 10am-7pm, Monday–Friday schedule in the San Clara area, spend most of your time in the field with clients, and document progress through case notes and quarterly reports. Bilingual English/Spanish helpful; valid driving license required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards).
• Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene).
• Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clients.
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes and quarterly reports.
• Spend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation.
• Collaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff.

Full-Time
Covering the San Clara area
Monday - Friday
10am to 7pm

• $22 per hour
• Monday - Friday / day shift
