Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC. – ILS Services is seeking a Part-Time Independent Living Life Skills Mentor/Coach to empower individuals with developmental disabilities toward greater independence in daily living. The role covers the Marina areas and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and reliable transportation.

The position runs Monday–Friday with a $22 per hour rate and offers team support, training, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Able to work and commute in and around the Carmel-by-the-Sea/Carmel Valley/Pacific Grove/Seaside areas.
• Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards)

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence.
• Provide life skills mentoring and coaching to clients.
• Assist with transportation needs and daily navigation as required.
