Job summary

Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a strategic leader to drive workforce strategy across enterprise AI-driven transformation. You will define how roles and capabilities evolve, lead change programs, and engage CHROs to align on workforce reinvention.

You will shape operating models, partner with senior leaders, and travel up to 80% as client needs require. This role demands deep Life Sciences expertise and proven business development experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in a consulting or industry context.
• Experience redesigning roles and operating models during large-scale technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Proven ability to lead change programs at C-suite and VP levels.
• Deep knowledge of Life Sciences talent and workforce dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda across enterprise transformation and redefine roles as AI takes over tasks.
• Define and own the workforce transition strategy aligned to reinvention roadmap.
• Oversee role redesign and capability development with process and technology changes.
• Partner with Portfolio Strategy & Value Lead on workforce investment and readiness.
• Engage CHRO-level stakeholders to align on workforce reinvention strategy.
• Develop the enterprise workforce narrative for internal and external communications.
