Pharmaron Coventry, RI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, store, issue, and distribute materials. You will manage domestic and international shipping, maintain ERP-based inventory, and support procurement while upholding safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–2+ years in warehouse operations, forklift certification, and proficiency with ERP systems, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Forklift or powered industrial vehicle certification, or ability to obtain certification.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
  • Experience handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Experience operating forklifts, stackers, tow motors, or similar equipment.
  • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and distributing raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. This includes domestic and international shipping and receiving, loading and unloading bulk and non-bulk materials, maintaining accurate inventory through ERP systems and cycle counts, processing Good Receipt (GR) transactions, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing warehouse reports. The role ensures all activities are performed safely and in compliance with FDA, DOT, IATA, GMP, and company requirements. Additional responsibilities include supporting procurement activities, managing PPE inventory, delivering materials to internal customers, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operator maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment, protects company assets and inventory, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with teams across the site. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives, completes required training and certifications, participates in Emergency Response Team activities as needed, and performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Forklift or powered industrial vehicle certification, or ability to obtain certification.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
  • Experience handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Experience operating forklifts, stackers, tow motors, or similar equipment.
  • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related.
  • Logistics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain certification.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, API, or chemical manufacturing.
  • Experience with import/export shipping, tanker loading/unloading, or freight forwarding.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, DeltaV, or other ERP/warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of FDA, DOT, and IATA requirements.
  • Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, mentoring, or project work.
