Pharmaron is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Coventry, RI site to receive, store and distribute materials while maintaining precise inventory and safety standards. You will operate forklifts and manage cycle counts within an FDA-/GMP-compliant framework.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2+ years of warehouse experience, ERP proficiency, and a strong commitment to accuracy and teamwork. This role aligns with our global CRO/CDMO operations and rapid, reliable supply chains.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift or powered industrial vehicle certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• 1–2+ years of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Experience operating forklifts, stackers, tow motors, or similar equipment.
• Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• The Warehouse Operator receives, inspects, stores, issues, and distributes materials including shipping/receiving.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through ERP systems and cycle counts.
• Processes Good Receipt transactions and monitors inventory levels.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with FDA, DOT, IATA, GMP and company requirements.
• Supports procurement, PPE inventory, and delivers materials to internal customers.
