Job summary

Frontier Scientific Solutions is seeking two Warehouse Operators to join the initial operations team at the largest purpose-built life sciences logistics campus near Wilmington, NC. The role covers receiving, inventory, material handling, and shipping according to client and operational needs.

As a cross-functional position, you will train across functions and support order fulfillment while maintaining strict quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred or comparable experience.
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance and work schedule, with overtime as needed.
• Prior warehouse/logistics/shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required for strong entry-level candidates.
• Forklift or powered equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments a plus (pharma, life sciences, healthcare).
• Ability to learn warehouse systems, inventory procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, safety awareness, teamwork, and quality commitment.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements and other written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to complete paper and electronic documentation accurately.
• Basic to intermediate computer and math skills for counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against PO and docs.
• Enter inventory transactions using Warehouse Management System and scanners.
• Perform putaway, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment after training.
• Pick orders and verify lot/batch numbers, expiration dates, and quantities.
• Pack, label, stage, and load outbound shipments.
• Maintain product integrity, traceability, and chain of custody.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Identify and segregate damaged or nonconforming product.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse; cross-train as needed.
