• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.

• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for the GB Specialty Life Sciences Vertical.
• Manages a team of claims handlers and oversees performance.
• Oversees handling of the largest and most complex claims in the vertical.
• Oversees hiring, training, and staff development.
• Represents the Life Sciences vertical at conferences and in thought leadership.
• Performs ongoing staff performance reviews and case analyses.
• Participates in strategic planning and decision making.
