Welocalize in the United States seeks an experienced translation/localization specialist to manage translation and copy-editing tasks, coordinate with freelancers, and maintain language resources. You will resolve terminology queries and ensure high-quality linguistic deliverables for assigned projects.

The role collaborates with clients and internal teams to improve workflows, train partners, and ensure on-time delivery with KPI achievement.

Qualifications

University degree in Translation/Applied Languages or related field.
4+ years of translation/localization/editing or content writing.
2+ years of review experience.
Experience with CAT tools such as XTM, SDL Studio.
Strong terminology knowledge across multiple subjects.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work with virtual teams.

Responsabilités

Copy-edit tasks on assigned projects or accounts.
On-demand translation tasks.
Lead support on assigned projects or accounts.
Maintain language materials (glossaries, Style Guides, work instructions).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on terminology and language matters.
