Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting with commercial transformation experience for life sciences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field.
• Excellent business acumen navigating stakeholder communities, change management, and client impact orchestration.
• Knowledge of the life science industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation programs from strategy through execution
• Develop recommendations that address people, process, technology, and operating model considerations
• Support stakeholder alignment and change adoption activities
• Own the analysis, structure and output of an assigned workstream end-to-end
• Manage own time and priorities against delivery risk and client value
• Contribute to problem framing, hypothesis generation and solution design
• Build working-level trust with client stakeholders through consistent, reliable conduct
• Adapt delivery approach when scope or client requirements shift, without losing momentum
