  • Manage, coach and develop team members, providing ongoing direction and guidance
  • Adapt communication style to align cross‑functional teams and secure buy‑in
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including day‑to‑day leads and senior decision makers, while expanding the account network over time

  • Junior team members receive regular coaching and demonstrate visible development
  • Ensure projects are profitable through effective budgeting, financial planning and staffing
Your Experience
  • Typically 5-8 years of experience in management consulting firm(s), life sciences consulting, or relevant strategy / transformation roles with demonstratable experience leading workstreams or engagements in complex client environments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field.
  • Excellent business acumen in navigating complex client‑side stakeholder communities, change management, and client impact orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of the life science industry is strongly preferred. We are looking for individuals with experience working across commercial, medical, digital, customer experience, analytics, and / or operating model transformations.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding work.
  • You will be based in our US office and may visit clients around the world. All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location.
