Job summary

Business Integration Partners (BIP) is seeking a Lead Business Process Consultant to drive transformation for Life Sciences and Consumer/Retail clients. You will blend process engineering with technology consulting, leveraging data, analytics, and AI to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role is client-facing, requiring partnership with executives and operations leaders to design practical, scalable solutions across complex environments. Remote/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management or digital transformation consulting within Life Sciences or related sectors.
• Experience leading process assessments, workshops, operating model design and transformation initiatives.
• Strong grounding in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
• Practical fluency with AI and intelligent automation; able to define credible use cases with clients.
• Comfort working with enterprise data, reading data models, and validating findings against SAP or similar sources.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/Supply Chain/Cloud technologies and translating problems into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management with ROI focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and workshops to understand strategy and transformation objectives.
• Analyze end-to-end processes across Supply Chain, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Clinical and Commercial Ops.
• Design future-state operating models, roadmaps, and business cases with ROI analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions leveraging analytics, AI, and cloud.
• Facilitate executive sessions, process mapping, and solution design with cross-functional teams.
• Support implementation through design, testing, adoption, and business readiness.
• Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to pre-sales pursuits and proposals.
• Stay current on industry and regulatory developments in Life Sciences.
